Dr Duncan Brennand

Medical interests: Endovascular therapy for cancer using chemoembolization; cardiothoracic imaging.

Never before has imaging been so integral to the diagnosis and management of disease. I see my role as fostering ever closer links between clinician and radiologist to create a truly bespoke, patient-centred service.

I am an expert in ultrasound, CT and MRI imaging, particularly of the chest and vessels and I am highly experienced in image-guided interventional techniques for both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. The endovascular treatment of tumours using emerging chemoembolisation technologies is one of my key areas of interest.
